【Notice】Access Changes & Facility Closures due to Himeji Castle Marathon 2026

Due to the "World Heritage Himeji Castle Marathon 2026" on Sunday, February 22, traffic restrictions will be in place around Koko-en Garden. Please take note of the following:

 

• Access: Direct access may be restricted. Visitors are required to take a detour from the north side of Himeji Castle.

• Closures: The Tea Ceremony House "Soju-an" and Restaurant "Kassuiken" will be closed all day.

• Admission: Admission to Koko-en will be FREE on the day of the event.
